Chancellor’s Report – Stephenette Graham
Expressed gratitude for scholarship box donations.
Scholarship store: Classes to be scheduled for visits.
Expectations for scholars: Respect campus, each other, and property.
Community awareness initiatives:
Food for Life: Scholars donate canned food for families.
A Night of Giving: Caroling for kids, toy drive donations, and crafts for Senior Centers and families in need. Scheduled for December 16th (Tuesday) with Mrs. Hargrove.
Treasurer Report – Jeanette
$26,000 allocated for 6th Grade Camp.
Additional checks are still being received.
Sound equipment has been purchased.
Spirit Wear – Nicole
University shirts have been distributed.
Extra university shirts are available.
Inventory to be completed and posted online.
Plan to pre-order university shirts next year.
Sweatshirts are fully stocked online.
Ringo – Joanne
Volunteers are needed for setup on October 24th (Thursday after school).
Haunted Maze for kids to be set up on event day.
Donation received: 10 wreaths (5 fall, 5 Christmas) for raffle.
Family Fun Nights – Gina
Island event raised $671.00.
Chuck E Cheese event is coming up in October.
Staff Appreciation Budget – Victoria
Motion to approve current budget of $3,000 for 2025/2026.
