Hi! My name is Teri Hargrove and I have the privilege of being your PEP Club President again this year. I was the PEP Club President from 2004-2009 and was Rhodes Office Manager from 2009-2020 when I retired. I have five adult children, four of which attended Rhodes and two grandsons, Lincoln who will be a 3rd grader at Rhodes this year and Lennox who will be in Kinder. My daughter Jennifer is a 5th grade teacher and my daughter Stephanie is a substitute teacher here at Rhodes. I have been a part of Rhodes since before it was built, I guess you could say it’s in my blood. I love this school and am looking forward to another incredible year. I want you to know that all parents and staff are part of the PEP Club, and you are welcome to attend any of our monthly meetings. Hi. My name is Traci Chun. This is my 4th year on PEP Club’s Executive Board. I am a mom of two kiddos, Sofia who is in 5th grade this year, and Ezra who is in 2nd grade. I have been volunteering in the classroom for the last 5 years and have been a University Parent in both my children’s classes. I also work at Rhodes as a Paraprofessional in RSP. I am looking forward to this year and seeing all of you and your Scholars..

Hello! My name is Jeanette Phillips. This is my 4th year on the PEP Club Board and it will be my 2nd year as the Treasurer. I began to volunteer at Rhodes as University Parent and Art Masters Parent. I have an Associates Degree in Accounting and Liberal Arts from Chaffey College, and Bachelor Degree in Business from University of Redlands. I have worked in Finance for over 15 years. I have two boys attending Rhodes, Myles and Marcus. Looking forward to seeing you all throughout the school year!

Greetings, my name is Lisa Lawrence, and this is my 3rd year on the PEP Club Executive Board. I have two young daughters, one in 3rd grade and the other in 5th grade, and I am actively volunteering in their classrooms. As a working mother with dual degrees in IT and Mexican American Studies, I am always on the hunt for new family adventures and those cherished lazy days at home. Hello! My name is Joanne Aquino. I have served 4 years on the PEP Club Executive Board. This year I will be the VP of Fundraising. A little about me, I am a nurse. I enjoy hiking and running! I have one daughter, Ayla, and this will be her last year at Rhodes.

Hi there! My name is Hannah Hernandez, and I have been the Dean of University Parents for 5 years. This year I am trying something new and I will be the VP of Public Relations. I encourage every family member to follow us on Insta and/or Facebook. I am a stay-at-home mom to a 5th grader and 3rd grader and have lived in Chino and the surrounding areas for 11 years and proud to be part of this wonderful community. As a family we enjoy all things outdoors and can be found hiking, camping, and discovering new and fun places. I am excited for the year and look forward to seeing all of you around campus.

Hi! My name is Lauren Roubian. I’m a mother to two girls. Audrey is in 4th grade and Amelia is in 2nd grade. I’m a stay at home mom who loves to volunteer as the University Parent or Art Master in my daughter’s classrooms. When I’m not on campus I love thrifting, reading or trying new coffee shops. As a family we love camping and exploring new places together. This will be my first year on PEP Club so I look forward to spreading school spirit!

Hi! I’m Lauren Moreno, and I’m excited to be serving as the Pep Club Auditor this year! This will be my first year on Pep Club, and I’m looking forward to helping support our amazing Rhodes community. I’m entering my fourth year as an office clerk here at Rhodes, so I’ve had the privilege of getting to know many of our wonderful students, families, and staff. I was born and raised in Chino. My husband and I have four children. Two attend Chino High School and twins in 4th grade here at Rhodes. When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I’m excited to be part of Pep Club and look forward to a fun and successful year supporting our school!

My name is Gina Maldonado and I’m the one who loves to schedule our monthly Family Fun Nights. I also work at Rhodes as a Paraprofessional in RSP. So, yes I’m always around! I have a Bachelors degree from CSU San Marcos in Liberal Studies, I have two children. Tony is in 5th grade and Nayeli is a Junior at Ayala High School. I have been on the PEP Club board since 2015, when my daughter was in kindergarten. I have also been a University Parent ever since then. I am also fluent in Spanish. I look forward to seeing you at some of our Family Fun Nights.

Hi! My name is Anissa Buccola and I will be the Dean of Art Masters this year. I am a wife and stay-at-home mom to my 4 children, : Jeffrey is a Freshman at Chino High, Daniel a 7thm grader at Magnolia, Lauren in 5th and Emily in 3rd at Rhodes. I have always loved being involved in my kids' classrooms as an Art Master or University Parent but I'm so excited to be a member of our AMAZING Pep Club and take on this role. Art Master’s is a wonderful program that the Scholars truly love and I have found to be extremely rewarding. It would not exist without our wonderful parent volunteers, and I encourage any and all to become involved. Cheers to a fantastic school year ahead!

Nancy Rea
Hello! My name is Nancy Rea, and I’m parent to Jacob, who is in 6th grade, and Olivia, who is in 4th grade. I’ve enjoyed volunteering in their classrooms since they began attending Rhodes and have had the pleasure of serving as both a University Parent and an Art Master. This year, I’m excited to join the PEP Board as Dean of University Parents. I look forward to supporting our University Parents and working together to make this a wonderful school year for our students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time with my family, whether we're visiting a museum or bookstore, trying a new restaurant, or enjoying a family outing. My family has called Chino home for more than 10 years, and we are grateful to be part of such a great community.

Hi! I'm Chloe Wong, mother of three - Amelia (11th), Victoria (9th) ar at Chino High School and and Olivia (6th) here at Rhodes. You might have seen me taking pictures around campus or during school events. I love seeing happy faces of children and families which, by the way, are awesome for our Memory Book. So, thank you for helping us capture great memories for our Scholars. I also teach Art Masters, My hope is that parents would continue the wonderful partnership with the staff and leadership at Rhodes who are committed to our children, community, and excellence. If you have the time, come, and help us. We would be very grateful for the much-needed support. Let's work together to provide another great year at Rhodes.
